We’re so back!
Summer has been fantastic, but its time to bring back our monthly wine tasting.
Join us at Corked on Monday 28 September for an intimate, one-night-only wine tasted hosted by Niko from Uruguay’s renowned Pisano Family Wines.
Visiting from South American for a brief stay in the UK, Niko is spending just one evening with us to showcase the family’s boutique estate.
Guests will be guided through a hand-picked selection of five exceptional wines, accompanied by some picky bits.
If you have been to Corked recently, you’ll have likely seen or hopefully tasted their Albarino we’ve had on the menu for a number of months. We’re now very excited to welcome them and their range.

We are thrilled to invite you to an exclusive evening of Cheshire-grown excellence as we host Goldford Winery. Right here at Corked, we love celebrating the incredible produce coming from just down the road, and we can’t wait to share with you.

The Wine: We will explore a stunning display of four signature wines from the Goldford collection.
The Food: As always, delicious snacks will be provided to pair beautifully with your pours.

For this tasting, we’re taking a trip through sparkling wines from different corners of the world and looking at the different ways winemakers get the fizz into the bottle.
We’ll taste through the three main sparkling wine methods and chat about how each one changes the wine, from the clean and classic Traditional Method to the more raw and unpredictable Ancestral Method styles.
Nothing too serious, just a good chance to try some great wines side by side and get a feel for why they taste so different.
We’ll be covering:
• Traditional Method
• Ancestral Method (Pét-Nat)
• Tank / Charmat Method
A few good bottles, a bit of chat, and plenty of fizz.

This time, we’re turning our attention a little closer to home, partnering with Roebuck Estates to explore the dazzling world of English sparkling wine.
